Alex Sandimanie

Alex specializes in people operations, employee experience, onboarding strategy, HR analytics and talent operations. He has supported employee lifecycle initiatives across fast-paced media and healthcare organizations, with a focus on building scalable processes, strengthening manager partnerships and improving the overall employee experience.

Before joining Avōq, Alex served as a senior HR coordinator at Everyday Health Group, supporting more than 800 employees across multiple business units. He led onboarding and internship programs, managed employee lifecycle operations, partnered with leadership on HR initiatives and delivered analytics-driven insights on engagement and retention trends. Prior to that, he worked in HR administration at Teachers College, Columbia University, supporting onboarding processes, I-9 compliance and employee records management.

Alex is based in the New York City area and is a passionate New York Knicks fan. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, movies, comedy, content creation, traveling, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
