Kene Eze

Kene specializes in benefits enrollment, employee leaves, talent development and staff onboarding. He is the point person for administrative duties and compliance for Avoq, and drives the company’s DEI initiatives, as well as its insights and analytics.

Before Avoq, Kene served as a global benefits & mobility administrator for the National Basketball Association (NBA), where he focused on mental health and wellness initiatives and market-leading benefits offerings. He also gained experience through working to enhance employee engagement and the new hire experience.

Kene was born and raised in New Jersey, and currently lives in Union City, N.J. He pursued a professional soccer career after college, playing in Melbourne, Australia for 2 years. Outside of work, he loves traveling to new countries and trying new meals.
