LC oversees the talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations efforts at Avoq. She has been hard at work bringing together diverse team values, work customs and compensation practices under a single infrastructure and culture.

As VP of human resources at SL Green, LC implemented wellness and mental health initiatives, market-leading benefits offerings and a community engagement system.

LC is a native New Yorker now residing in South Florida. Her hobbies include discovering new travel destinations, musical genres and food obsessions.
