“2017 was another extraordinary year for Kivvit. The teams on each of these campaigns were relentless – working tirelessly to deliver for our clients,” said Maggie Moran, Managing Partner of Kivvit. “We are honored to receive one of the most prestigious awards in our industry.”

The Bulldog Awards celebrate the best and brightest in corporate communications and public relations.  They are the only PR awards program judged exclusively by journalists.

New Yorkers Against Corruption – a coalition of more than one hundred and fifty organizations – advocated against a statewide ballot initiative for a Constitutional Convention or “Con Con.” The coalition felt a Con Con could have a negative impact – removing provisions in the constitution that protect the rights of New Yorkers.

Reach NJ was a public awareness campaign dedicated to reducing the stigma of addiction, increasing access to help and educating New Jersey residents on the dangers of opioid and heroin addiction.  It sought to provide information and access to services for those suffering from addiction as well as their family members, and provide information on what opioids are and the dangers they present.

Kivvit helped organize Anheuser-Busch’s first-ever congressional brewing competition.  The event, which took place last November 8, invited nine members of Congress to brew their own specialty beers for their colleagues and staff, which were then judged by an influential panel of DC insiders, members of the media and professional brew-masters. The event received substantial coverage in the immediate D.C. area.

The DSM “Change the World” campaign highlighted the work in the United States by this multinational life sciences and material sciences and company. The campaign demonstrated that their commitment to sustainability runs through the company’s business strategy, product offerings and R&D efforts. This helped move DSM from #42 to #2 on Fortune’s “Change the World” list, a ranking of companies with the most impactful social responsibility initiatives.
