Daniel Zaretsky
As executive assistant to two of the firm’s managing partners, Daniel specializes in internal communications, organization and logistics. He coordinates schedules, plans and executes company-wide events and initiatives, prepares materials for meetings and client events, and interacts with guests.
Before Avoq, Daniel worked as a communications and policy intern at the U.S. Council for International Business, helping to coordinate marketing campaigns, manage social media and expand the Council’s business. Before that, he provided press coverage about the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization while studying abroad in Rome, Italy. He’s also worked on several Democratic campaigns.
Daniel is a graduate of American University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a minor in international business. Originally from Chapel Hill, N.C., he now lives in Washington, D.C. On the weekends, you can find him watching Liverpool win the Premier League and attempting to DJ.
