Sybella Namigadde

Sybella is a hands-on accounting and finance professional who is highly skilled in accounting and finance functions, international financial reporting standards and internal controls, while supporting both internal and external stakeholders. She updates accounts payable and receivable, carries out bank reconciliation and monitors expense reports. She also supports all other finance operations, including client billing, budgets, contracts and other accounting processes.

Prior to joining Avoq, Sybella worked with Nation Media Group Uganda, a leading media house in Eastern and Central Africa, as an accounts assistant doing account reconciliations, preparing financial statements and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. She also interned with the Uganda Revenue Authority, a tax collecting body in Uganda, as a customs officer.

Sybella is from Kampala, Uganda, and now lives in Chicago.
