Over her seven-year tenure at Avoq, she has helped shape the firm’s culture and employee engagement initiatives, supported executive growth strategies and led company-wide events and experiences that strengthen employee, client and stakeholder relationships.

A DMV native, Chelsea enjoys staying active in the gym, exploring art, fashion and culture and bringing the same competitive spirit she developed as a volleyball player to everything she does.
