Claire Foran
Claire leads Avoq’s research team, working to help clients across a wide range of industries reach their policy and advocacy goals. She develops in-depth research products and engages in political and policy analysis.
Before joining Avoq, Claire worked on a number of battleground House, Senate and gubernatorial campaigns in the 2020 and 2022 cycles. She honed her research skills by producing rapid response and opposition research for some of the country’s most competitive races. Claire also worked for a Boston-based law firm, where she contributed research on environmental and energy cases. And she interned for Sen. Chris Murphy and in the Connecticut General Assembly. Claire holds a Master’s Degree from George Washington University’s School of Political Management and a Bachelor’s Degree from Trinity College.
Claire is originally from Connecticut and currently lives in D.C.’s U Street neighborhood, where you can usually find her walking her rescue pup, Coco. She played college hockey and is an avid New York Rangers fan.
