Caitlin joined Avoq in 2022 and has more than 14 years of experience in politics and lobbying. She has expertise in the tax, trade, and healthcare practice areas and focuses on advocacy involving the Ways and Means Committee, the House Republican Conference at-large, and within the Trump Administration.
Caitlin has developed and implemented successful offensive and defensive legislative strategies for companies in a wide range of sectors. She has raised clients’ profiles on Capitol Hill, establishing them as go-to resources for policymakers, prepared executives to testify before Congress, and created engagement strategies to influence regulatory policy outcomes.
Caitlin has been advising clients in the multi-client lobbying space since 2018. Prior to that, she spent her Capitol Hill tenure working for Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), a former senior member of the House Ways and Means Committee.
Caitlin grew up in the Central Valley of California and enjoys all things outdoors, from sailing to hiking. She attended the University of Washington and is a fair-weather Huskies football fan. She resides in the Annapolis area and spends her free time with her three young children.
