Claire Foran
Claire works with Avoq’s clients to align their assets and goals to match the priorities of members of Congress and the Administration. She plays a key role in helping develop and execute tailored federal engagement strategies, with a focus on the technology, transportation, and financial services industries. Claire also leads Avoq’s research team, bolstering outreach by driving in-depth research efforts, identifying key stakeholders, and tracking legislative developments that align with advocacy objectives. Through her strategic insights, Claire ensures clients are well-positioned to advocate effectively on the Hill and across the Administration.
Prior to Avoq, Claire worked at several Democratic research firms, where she conducted research for Senate, House and gubernatorial campaigns. She also interned for U.S. Senator Chris Murphy and in the Connecticut General Assembly.
Claire is originally from Connecticut and currently lives in D.C.’s Logan Circle neighborhood, with her fiancé and rescue Chow Chow, Coco. She played college hockey and is an avid and long-suffering New York Rangers fan.
