Shannon Kovach

Shannon practices visual problem-solving through digital products, design and illustration. She employs a user-centered design approach with tools such as Figma, Miro and Adobe. Shannon prioritizes accessible design at the core of all her digital product work.

Shannon’s skills in UX and UI help her on numerous projects, including website design, wireframing, prototyping, digital and social ad campaigns, infographics, illustration, reports and presentations. Her work helps clients stand out in the crowd.

Before Avoq, Shannon worked with Institutional Advancement, the fundraising department of Kent State University. She was responsible for designing digital and print collateral used for a variety of programs to engage donors.

Shannon is from Steubenville, OH, and now lives in Arlington, VA. Outside of work, you can find her in the pottery studio throwing on the wheel or working on personal illustration.
