Terri specializes in brand strategy and development, integrated marketing and communications strategy, campaign management, internal and corporate communications, public affairs, and issue advocacy. She collaborates with clients across diverse industries, including health care, government, technology, and social justice.
Terri led the relaunch, rebranding, and communications strategy for an $800M global technology company, driving digital transformation and three product launches, resulting in the company regaining a top industry position. She is currently overseeing a multi-million dollar campaign aimed to facilitate Medicaid renewals in the aftermath of the public health emergency, which helped boost renewals.
Before Avoq, Terri served as the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for HIMSS, rebranding the organization and overseeing global marketing, communications, PR, and creative services. Prior to HIMSS, she served as the Senior Director of Brand, Marketing, and Communications for The Chartis Group, leading a national rebrand and content-based business development strategy.
Originally from the Motor City, Terri now resides in Chicago’s Woodlawn neighborhood. Spot her walking her two dogs, Starsksy and Hutch, who are always on the lookout for a new fire hydrant to claim.
