Allynn McInerney
Allynn specializes in crafting winning multi-faceted public affairs campaigns, as well as in corporate- and litigation-focused strategic communications. She oversees targeted national campaigns that marry digital, earned media and digital and traditional advertising tactics to change minds, and maintains a special focus on the energy industry.
Before Avoq, Allynn earned her master’s at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), where she worked with the U.S. State Department on solutions to state-sponsored mis/disinformation campaigns in U.S. elections. She previously worked at a boutique public affairs and crisis communications agency in the Bay Area, was a CORO Fellow in Public Affairs, and worked for the Argentine Council for International Relations in Buenos Aires.
Allynn is originally from Indiana and now lives in Chicago with her husband, Jim, and their tuxedo cat, Elaine — named after the beloved Seinfeld character.
