Marykate Guilfoyle

Marykate specializes in public affairs and media relations, with a proven track record of strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.

She has worked to shape public perception and drive impactful outcomes for projects focused on public safety, infrastructure, finance and the environment.

Prior to Avoq, Marykate served as the assistant deputy county executive for communications and external affairs at the office of the Suffolk County Executive, the leader of one of the largest counties in New York State. There, she spearheaded strategic communication and outreach efforts.

Originally from Binghamton, N.Y., Marykate now lives in Babylon, N.Y. where you can typically find her spending time with her chocolate lab, Benny, or at the beach.
