Prior to joining Avoq, she built a distinguished career at CNN, where she most recently led coverage of culture and the entertainment industry. She also once served as a field and live producer for CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer. Earlier in her journalism career, Megan served as a senior editor and producer covering global events, California economic and political developments, immigration, climate and the fast-evolving tech and media sectors. Throughout her work, she has established a reputation for crafting compelling stories that resonate across various platforms and audiences.

Megan is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota. On weekends, you’ll find her soaking up Southern California life with her husband, two sons and their two dogs. When she’s not working, she’s usually at the movies.
