Colleen McGarvey

Colleen specializes in media relations, thought leadership and campaign management. She works across industries and sectors, including corporate, nonprofit, media and technology.

Before joining Avoq, Colleen served as assistant director of publicity at Penguin Press, an imprint of Penguin Random House, where she managed media relations for clients ranging from former Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke and climate activist Greta Thunberg to Microsoft president Brad Smith, diplomat Henry Kissinger and New York Times journalist Maggie Haberman. She also led campaigns for 15 New York Times bestselling book projects, including five #1 New York Times bestsellers.

Colleen is from Philadelphia, PA, and now lives in Princeton, NJ.
