Akash Gejjagaraguppe
Akash brings his experience in public affairs management and traditional and social media strategies to help clients in a diverse range of sectors and industries. Pairing compelling storytelling with in-depth research and analysis, he helps his clients meet their goals on a wide variety of issues.
Prior to joining Avoq, Akash managed communications and public affairs campaigns at Global Strategy Group. In this position, he helped create multiple pieces of legislation in New York City and New Jersey, crafted and executed digital advertising campaigns, and built crisis communications infrastructures for corporate clients. Akash also brings experience from his time at Weber Shandwick, where he helped launch the nationwide Talking Peanut Allergy campaign.
Akash is from New Hampshire and currently resides in Manhattan, where you can usually find him in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, enjoying live music, or on the hunt for the perfect ramen spot.
