Bryan Larco

Bryan has extensive experience in research, policy analysis and strategic messaging. He has guided private, nonprofit and government organizations alike through deep dives in campaign development and messaging and brand development. Over his career, Bryan has carved niche expertise in work related to healthcare, private-public partnerships and social justice reform. He has been involved in various award-winning endeavors while at Avoq, including public health efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to joining Avoq, Bryan worked on political campaigns at the local, county and state level. In 2016, he worked for the Monmouth County Democratic Party, successfully winning a variety of mayoral and council elections despite an unfavorable political makeup for the county. In 2018, he worked on a successful campaign in Long Branch that defeated the 28-year incumbent mayor and all five city council positions.

Bryan is originally from Quito, Ecuador and now lives in Long Branch, NJ. He owns Fuze Eatery Empanada House & Smoothie Bar, a fusion Latino-American restaurant with multiple locations in New Jersey, and is also a commissioner for the Long Branch Sewerage Authority. Bryan also serves on the board of directors for Horizons at the Jersey Shore, a nonprofit enrichment program he attended as a kid that focuses on fighting summer learning loss in underserved communities.
