Teddy Bailey

Teddy specializes in client messaging, media relations and executive positioning. He currently focuses his work with clients in clean energy, transportation and emerging technologies, as well as government. Teddy led coalition and social media communications for a successful ballot referendum in Chicagoland.

Prior to joining Avoq in 2019, Teddy covered athletics as a reporter for The Indianapolis Star, Philadelphia Inquirer and Louisville Courier-Journal. He also worked in academic research on freedom of the press by studying public trust of the media and anti-media rhetoric in politics.

Teddy is a proud Philadelphia native and now lives in Chicago’s Lincoln Park. You will find him rooting on the Indiana Hoosiers or with Junior, an affable but stubborn French Bulldog.
